If you're an outdoorsman there are a number reasons why you might want a laguiole pocket knife. They are great for cutting wood, or any handi-work around the campsite. But what is it that makes them the best?  Well materials aside they have an artistic appeal due to the fine design on each and every piece. It looks as though each knife and fork take hours to complete, even though sure modern technology has sped up the process. But even so, the stainless steel finish has proven to be strong and durable even through heavy usage over the years from both my family and random guests.
